Week Three: Enjoying Freedom
Goal of the week: Have fun!
We have made it to week three! Congratulations, this is a big accomplishment that you should be proud of. Now is the time to spend time with your family, pets, or friends and just enjoy being free from an addiction to social media.
Beating boredom:
It is important to replace the constant dopamine you receive from social media with new activities that you want to try or things that you have always wanted to do. This way you will not relapse into your social media because of boredom.
