Week One: Awareness of the issue.
Goal of the week: Delete all social media
Delete all the social media apps from your phone right now. Personally, I believe in the cold turkey approach to things, and completely quitting for 30 days is exactly what I am going to do.

Set your baseline:
Find your daily social media consumption using your phone’s screen time feature. This number will allow you to set a baseline when you are done with the detox that you don’t want to return to. You also will be able to use this baseline as motivation to reflect on your progress.

Reflect on these questions, they will help guide you on your journey and throughout your detox:

What concerns do you have about taking a social media detox? What challenges will you face?
