Week Two: Stay Focused, Don’t Quit

Goal of the week: No social media

Continue to stay on the social media detox grind. Do not give up, it will become more difficult to stay motivated as your mind adjusts to this social media free reality.

Motivation:

Focus on anything to distract you from social media, work hard, follow your passions, pursue your hobbies, play sports. Try getting outside, going to the gym, just being active! Anything you can do to replace your time spent on social media.

Understand your need for social media:

Deep down there is a reason behind your use of social media. Whether it is boredom, hunger, being tired or even being overwhelmed. By doing this you can identify areas of your life that you need to work on in order to eliminate these triggers for social media, and improve your life overall.
