All you need for this sleep tracking method to work is a simple notebook or even a digital log where you keep your sleep information.
Method
Every night during the detox, write down what time you go to bed without the distraction of social media. Then, when you wake up, write that down, too, in order to roughly calculate how much sleep you get when your time is not devoted to social media.
Reflection
At the end of your detox, reflect on the amount of sleep you have been getting without social media. Use this figure to motivate you to use less social media to improve your sleep. You will have so much more time to sleep because you are not being kept up by any social media.
